At Maison Berger Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all fragrance bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
